Jamie moved to Saint Augustine in September of 2021 for a new adventure with her family. She is originally from Oklahoma, where she is co-owner of a Barre and Yoga studio. Yoga is her passion and has had a profound impact on her mind, body and soul. Jamie recieved her 200 hour YTT certificate in 2020 through Lifetime Fitness and is currently working on her 300 hour YTT. Jamie considers her yoga practice to be a constant journey. Outside of her practice, she enjoys time with her husband and two children, traveling and taking photos.

Josie began her Yoga & Pilates teaching & training journey in 2003 in Colorado then Nebraska, Tennessee, Florida & Canada. Relocating as a Navy spouse, she was part of an elite group of Instructors hired to teach at STOTT PILATES Corporate & Licensed Training Facilities at Colorado Athletic Club and The Pilates Centre of Ballet Memphis. Josie is fully certified to teach on all Pilates apparatus and specializes in both Post-Rehab Conditioning & Athletic Conditioning. She completed her 200 Hour Yoga training in 2008 with YogaWorks and is registered with Yoga Alliance as a 200 Hour, E-RYT.

Josie feels truly blessed to have called Saint Augustine, FL home since February 2015. She is a doggie mama and loves everything that has to do with mindfully moving the body, connecting with like minded women, beach time and heart healing practices.

Roberta is a Brazilian-American who is passionate about everything healthy living. She started Brazilian Booty Camp, aka, Booty Burn, 8 years ago on her driveway by encouragement (and pressure!) of her friends who wanted to learn how to have a Brazilian booty. Booty Camp is the reason she calls Fridays, “FriYAYs”! Roberta’s passion for helping women and her belief that the secret for a healthy and happy life is Balance, led her to create a course where she teaches practical, every day lessons for a balanced, healthy and happy life, and she is so excited to share it with other women!

Yoga Instructor, The Fire Within
MADY LEPRI
Madelin Lepri, aka Mady Mady is local to the Old Town of St. Augustine, and spends her days teaching, Yoga, PyroPILATES, Standup Paddle Yoga & Pilates and Intro Level Acro Yoga Classes in her area. Mady’s yoga journey began over a decade ago with the desire to balance out her high intensity workout routines. She quickly fell in love with yoga and all of its benefits and felt the need to share it with her Group Exercise students. “Through my practice, I found that yoga provided more than a great stretch after a tough workout. Yoga taught me that building strength was not only about what I could lift with my body, but what I could let go with my mind.” Mady teaches with creative transitions into poses, with a focus on finding joy and creativity within the body. Her class’s signature flow is a mandala style vinyasa that stems from the earth elements of, Earth (circular movements), Air (pranayama), Fire (the heat within), and Water, (fluid transitions). Mady is a staple in the St. Augustine Paddle Community as the Owner and Sole Operator of The Salty Paddle. “Taking my yoga practice on the water and into nature, has been one of the most amazing experiences of my life.
