We have proudly donated over 200 books to local schools and hospitals, understanding the importance of starting mindfulness early. Returning to school can evoke a range of emotions for children. "I HAVE SUPERPOWERS" teaches kids that they have control over their emotions, emphasizing the power of their breath. It encourages them to pause, breathe, and proceed with love. This book is helping children across the country harness the superpower of their breath. Purchase a copy on our site for a child you care about. From now until August 30th, for every three books sold, one book will be donated to a St. Johns school.
