Vendor Registration | April 22, 2023 | Women's Wellness Fest

You have been selected to be a vendor at the April 2023 Women's Wellness Fest!

We require a contribution of $150 in order to showcase at the event.

DISCLAIMER: All payments are non-refundable. If you are accessing this registration page and have not already gotten approval to do so from Karen Wood, MaryBeth Perrone, or Ali Brin, any payment you submit will also be non-refundable and you will not be accepted to showcase at the event.

Event details: Saturday, April 22, 2023 | 10am - 3pm | Seawalk Pavilion

➤ Vendor set up begins at 8am (vendors must be fully set up by 9am) 

➤ Vendor breakdown begins at 4pm  

➤ Vendors are permitted to bring a table or market tent. 

➤The space available to you is 10ft. x 10ft. 

➤Vendors are not permitted to stake anything into the ground at the event so please be prepared to weigh down all materials with water jugs or sandbags only. 

➤All tents, umbrellas, etc.  MUST be weighed down as wind from the beach causes strong gusts. We recomend being prepared with 20lbs of weight for tables and 15-20lbs of weight for each side of market tents.
