Topic: Hormone Health
Description: As women we are taught so little about our hormone health. Mary Beth Perrone, co-founder of Radiate Wellness will be discussing a few key things to understand while on your perimenopause and menopause journey to help you look and feel your best!
Mary Beth will be discussing:
- What goes on in your body during perimenopause and menopause
- The tool box to look and feel great on your perimenopause and menopause journey
- A discussion on the aging process

What to wear: comfy clothes
What to bring: yoga mat (if you have one), water, and any other preferred items for creating a comfortable space for yourself. (our favorite items to have are a mat, blanket, and pillow)
